Sesame Chicken Strips

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine the butter and soy sauce.
  3. In another bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, ginger and salt.
  4. Dip chicken strips in butter mixture, then roll in crumbs until coated on all sides.
  5. Place in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until juices run clear.
