Sesame Chicken Strips
- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup Ritz cracker, crushed (about 30 crackers)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch strips
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine the butter and soy sauce.
- In another bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, ginger and salt.
- Dip chicken strips in butter mixture, then roll in crumbs until coated on all sides.
- Place in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until juices run clear.
