Sour Cream Coffee Cake
- 1 c. margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. light brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. ground nuts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Cream the margarine and sugar thoroughly.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add alternately with the sour cream, blending well.
- Add vanilla.
- Mix the nuts, flour, cinnamon and brown sugar.
- In a greased and lightly floured Bundt pan, spread 3 alternate layers of batter and filling, beginning with the batter and ending with the filling.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for about an hour.
