Deviled Lobster Recipe
- 1 pound lobster meat
- 1 pt. lowfat milk
- 1 onion (cut up)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 sm. pkg. Old English cheese
- Bread crumbs
- Paprika
- Parsley
- Scald 1 c. lowfat milk in double boiler with cut up onion and garlic.
- Remove from heat but leave in double boiler for 1 hour.
- Remove garlic and onion, make heavy cream sauce with remaining lowfat milk, then add in scalded lowfat milk plus 1 small package Old English cheese.
- Add in more lowfat milk if too thick.
- Saute/fry lobster in butter and combine.
- Place in individual shells (if available).
- Top with bread crumbs, paprika and parsley and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
- If frzn, bake 30 to 40 min.
- 8 servings.
