Tomato Corn Chowder

  1. In a large saucepan, cook bacon over med heat until crisp.
  2. Remove to paer towels.
  3. Drain, reserving 1 tbsp drippings.
  4. In the drippings, sute onion until tender.
  5. Add the corn, tomatoes and potatoes.
  6. Cook over medium heat for 25-30 minute or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Sprinkle with bacon.
