Heart And Healthy Stir-Fry(Serve Over Hot Cooked Rice.)

  1. Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar.
  2. Heat 1/2 of oil in skillet; add vegetables and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or a little longer.
  3. Remove vegetables to another bowl.
  4. Add rest of oil and meat, not more than 1/3 at a time.
  5. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until meat is done.
  6. Add soy mixture and cook until thick and clear.
  7. Add vegetables and garlic powder until heated. Serve over cooked rice.
