Cheesy Hasselback Potatoes
- 4 Baking potatoes
- 6 tbsp kraft zesty italian dressing
- 12 slices cooked oscar mayer bacon
- 4 oz.cracker barrel extra sharp cheese ( cut into 24 thin slices) 1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.
- 2 tbsp kraft grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- Place 2 wooden spoons on opposite long sides of 1 potato on cutting board.
- Cut potato crosswise into 24 thin slices.
- Stopping when knife hits the spoons.Repeat with other potato es.
- Microwave in High 12-14 min.or until potatoes are almost tender.
- Place in foil lined pan.
- Brush evenly with 3 Tbsp.italian dressing.
- Bake 15 min.
- Or until potatoes are tender.
- Remove from oven.
- Heat broiler.
- Break each of 12 slices cooked bacon into 4 pieces.
- Cut 4 oz.
- Chesese into 24 thin slices.
- Then cut in half.
- Insert bacon pieces alternating with cheese slices between potato slices.
- Combine 2 Tbsp.
- Parm.
- Cheese & 1 Tbsp.
- fresh chives.
- Sorinkle over potato.
- Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
- Italian dressing.
- Broil 4" from heat 2-3 min or until topping us lightly browned.
- Cut in half.
