Cheesy Hasselback Potatoes

  1. Place 2 wooden spoons on opposite long sides of 1 potato on cutting board.
  2. Cut potato crosswise into 24 thin slices.
  3. Stopping when knife hits the spoons.Repeat with other potato es.
  4. Microwave in High 12-14 min.or until potatoes are almost tender.
  5. Place in foil lined pan.
  6. Brush evenly with 3 Tbsp.italian dressing.
  7. Bake 15 min.
  8. Or until potatoes are tender.
  9. Remove from oven.
  10. Heat broiler.
  11. Break each of 12 slices cooked bacon into 4 pieces.
  12. Cut 4 oz.
  13. Chesese into 24 thin slices.
  14. Then cut in half.
  15. Insert bacon pieces alternating with cheese slices between potato slices.
  16. Combine 2 Tbsp.
  17. Parm.
  18. Cheese & 1 Tbsp.
  19. fresh chives.
  20. Sorinkle over potato.
  21. Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
  22. Italian dressing.
  23. Broil 4" from heat 2-3 min or until topping us lightly browned.
  24. Cut in half.
