Nancy's Pumpkin Bread

  1. Add eggs to sugar and beat well.
  2. Add oil and beat.
  3. Add pumpkin and blend.
  4. Add the dry ingredients alternately with water.
  5. Pour evenly into 3 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch greased loaf pans.
  6. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  7. After cooling, loaves can be sliced, wrapped in foil, and frozen.
  8. To reheat, place frozen loaf in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
