Oriental Bar-B-Q Pork Tenderloin

  1. Trim pork tenderloin of all fat (the sesame oil will prevent burning on the grill).
  2. Combine 13 cup soy sauce, 13 cup sesame oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, ginger, and MSG (if used) in a deep bowl and mix well (make sure the ginger is not not clumping).
  3. Place pork into marinade and place in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours (over- night if you prefer).
  4. Remove pork from marinade and place on covered grill.
  5. Add wet wood to grill fire pan to ensure adequate supply of smoke.
  6. Prepare sauce: Combine barbeque sauce, 13 cup sesame oil, 13 cup soy sauce and 1 minced garlic clove in a bowl and mix well.
  7. Serve over sliced pork tenderloins.
