Berries with Sweet Yogurt Sauce

• 1/2 cup yogurt low-fat plain
• 1 teaspoon sugar or sweet and low
• 2 tablespoons assorted jams low sugar
• 1 dash orange zest or lemon
• 2 cups strawberries sliced, or other berries

1. In blender combine all ingrediensts and zap until smooth.
2. Serve sauce over the berries.
