Aloha Chocolate Cream Pie Recipe
- 1 pkt JELL-O sugar-free instant chocolate, (4-serving) pudding mix
- 2/3 c. Carnation Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk Pwdr
- 2 c. Crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, undrained (two 8-oz cans)
- 1/2 c. Cold Whip Free
- 1 tsp Coconut extract
- 1 x Keebler chocolate pie crust, (6-oz)
- 2 Tbsp. Flaked coconut
- In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry millk pwdr.
- Add in undrained pineapple.
- Mix well using a wire whisk.
- Blend in Cold Whip Free and coconut extract.
- Proportionately spread mix into pie crust.
- Sprinkle coconut proportionately over top.
- Chill for at least 20 min.
- Cut into 8 servings.
- HINT: Good topped with 1 Tbsp.
- Cold Whip Lite, but do not forget to count the few additional calories.
