Southwest Stuffed Burgers
- 1-1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, divided
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 1/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided
- 6 whole wheat hamburger buns
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Mix meat, 3 Tbsp.
- mayo and seasoning mix; shape into 12 thin patties.
- Combine cheese and 2 Tbsp.
- salsa; spoon onto 6 patties.
- Cover with remaining patties; pinch edges to seal.
- Grill 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, combine remaining salsa and mayo.
- Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes, burgers and salsa mixture.
