Easy Tofu Soboro for Rice

  1. Thoroughly drain excess water from tofu.
  2. (For an easy method of draining excess water from tofu, refer to.)
  3. Crumble the drained tofu into a pan.
  4. Stir fry over high heat while mashing it with a wooden spoon (you don't need to add oil).
  5. Add the ingredients in the order listed from 1 to 5 and simmer while mashing the tofu.
  6. When the liquid evaporates, it's done!
