Easy Tofu Soboro for Rice
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 1 tbsp 1. Sake
- 1 tbsp 2. Sugar
- 3 tbsp 3. Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp 4. Mirin
- 1 small packet 5. Bonito flakes
- Thoroughly drain excess water from tofu.
- (For an easy method of draining excess water from tofu, refer to.)
- Crumble the drained tofu into a pan.
- Stir fry over high heat while mashing it with a wooden spoon (you don't need to add oil).
- Add the ingredients in the order listed from 1 to 5 and simmer while mashing the tofu.
- When the liquid evaporates, it's done!
