Two-Cheese Seafood Linguini

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. While pasta is cooking, cook garlic and oregano in butter in a saucepan, stirring frequently, for about 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped tomato and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until tomato is cooked through.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until Blue cheese is melted and sauce is hot.
  6. Place hot-cooked pasta on a serving dish and top with sauce.
  7. Yields 3 to 4 servings.
