Masala Meatballs

  1. Mince or grind together onion, garlic and ginger.
  2. Grind mince.
  3. Mix together ground paste, mince, gram flour, powdered spices and salt.
  4. Mix well and knead for a few minutes.
  5. Shape into 8-inch long sausage shapes.
  6. Put each through a metal skewer.
  7. Brush well with oil.
  8. Grill over a coal fire or place skewers over a dish in a hot oven.
  9. Turn often, brushing with more oil if necessary.
  10. Cook until browned all over.
