Masala Meatballs
- 1 md. onion
- 1 tsp. g. flour
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1 piece ginger
- Salt, to taste
- 10 oz. mince
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. coriander-cumin
- 2 tbsp. ghee
- oil
- Mince or grind together onion, garlic and ginger.
- Grind mince.
- Mix together ground paste, mince, gram flour, powdered spices and salt.
- Mix well and knead for a few minutes.
- Shape into 8-inch long sausage shapes.
- Put each through a metal skewer.
- Brush well with oil.
- Grill over a coal fire or place skewers over a dish in a hot oven.
- Turn often, brushing with more oil if necessary.
- Cook until browned all over.
