Cajun Hamburgers

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. I mix it all with my hands for between 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. A machine mixer would work fine too.
  4. Place meat and spice mix into sealable plastic bag and refridgerate over night.
  5. Prepare the grill for direct medium heat.
  6. Seperate the meat into 9 or 10 equal parts.
  7. Pat meat by hand until about 3/4 inch thick.
  8. Grill until clear juice comes to the surface.
  9. Turn and grill the same on the second side.
  10. Serve them how you like your burgers.
