Salmon Fillet BLT on Whole Wheat Roll
- 24 each salmon fillets (4-1/2 oz. each)
- 1 Tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 doz. whole wheat sandwich rolls, split, toasted
- 3 cups GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce
- 3 qt. spring mix salad greens
- 12 each tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices, oven roasted with olive oil
- 72 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- For each serving: Season 1 fillet with steak seasoning.
- Heat 1/2 Tbsp.
- oil in skillet on high heat.
- Add fish, skin-side down; cook 2 min.
- or until skin is crisp.
- Turn fish; cook on medium heat 2 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Remove from heat.
- Spread 1 roll with 1 Tbsp.
- bistro sauce, spreading 1-1/2 tsp.
- onto each cut side of roll.
- Fill with 1/2 cup greens, 2 tomato slices, fish, additional 1 Tbsp.
- bistro sauce and 3 bacon slices.
