Salmon Fillet BLT on Whole Wheat Roll

  1. For each serving: Season 1 fillet with steak seasoning.
  2. Heat 1/2 Tbsp.
  3. oil in skillet on high heat.
  4. Add fish, skin-side down; cook 2 min.
  5. or until skin is crisp.
  6. Turn fish; cook on medium heat 2 min.
  7. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Spread 1 roll with 1 Tbsp.
  10. bistro sauce, spreading 1-1/2 tsp.
  11. onto each cut side of roll.
  12. Fill with 1/2 cup greens, 2 tomato slices, fish, additional 1 Tbsp.
  13. bistro sauce and 3 bacon slices.
