Turkey With Sausage Stuffing

  1. Rinse turkey breast and pat dry.
  2. Place with breast side up in shallow baking dish.
  3. Brush with butter.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
  5. Cover loosely with foil to prevent excess browning if necessary.
  6. In a skillet, cook sausage, celery and onions until the sausage is browned and vegetables are tender; drain.
  7. Remove from heat; add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  8. Spoon into a greased 3-quart casserole.
  9. Cover and bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour.
  10. Serve with sliced turkey.
  11. Yield:
  12. 15 to 20 servings.
