Hot And Spicy Quiche Recipe

  1. Brown sausage and drain.
  2. Combine lowfat sour cream and Large eggs.
  3. Lay buttered muffins, butter side down in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass baking dish.
  4. Layer 1/2 of sausage, chilies and cheese, then 1/2 of the egg mix.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Cover and chill 8 hrs or possibly overnight.
  7. Remove from refrigerator and let set at room temperature for 30 min.
  8. Bake 35 to 40 min at 350 degrees.
