Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Pizza
- 3 slices Thick Cut Bacon
- 8 ounces, weight Ball Of Uncooked Pizza Dough
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese (I Used Cheddar)
- 1 whole Egg (or Double, If You Like)
- 1/2 whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Preheat your oven to 450 F and make sure its reached temperature.
- Cut the bacon strips into pieces and spread them out on a rimmed baking sheet that youve lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the bacon for 10 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- On a well-floured surface, roll your dough out to approximately a 9 round and place it on a piece of parchment paper.
- Spread the cheese evenly across the dough and crack the egg(s) into the center.
- Sprinkle on the bell pepper, the slices of par-baked bacon and the chives.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and transfer the parchment paper onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the egg is set to your liking.
