Italian Bubble Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Brown ground beef in large skillet or pan over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.
  3. Drain and add pizza or spaghetti sauce.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Separate dough from biscuits into 8 biscuits.
  8. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.
  9. Add to ground beef mixture.
  10. Stir gently.
  11. Spoon mixture into ungreased 13x9-in.
  12. pan.
  13. Bake 18-23 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.
  14. Remove from oven.
  15. Sprinkle with cheese.
  16. Return to oven.
  17. Bake until cheese is bubbly.
  18. Cut into 8 squares.
