Grilled Fish and Peppers
- 1 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1-1/2 lb. firm white fish filets, such as grouper, halibut or tilapia Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 2 each red and green peppers, seeded, each cut into 4 pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
- Combine dressing and crushed red pepper.
- Pour half the dressing mixture over fish in sealable plastic bag.
- Seal bag.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes to marinate.
- Place peppers in a separate sealable plastic bag.
- Add remaining marinade; seal bag.
- Shake bag gently until peppers are evenly coated.
- Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.
- Remove peppers from marinade, reserving marinade.
- Place peppers on grill over medium-high heat.
- Top with fish; cover grill.
- Cook 4 minutes; turn fish over.
- Brush with reserved marinade from peppers.
- Grill, covered, an additional 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Remove fish and peppers from grill.
- Let stand 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
