Skillet Pork Chops and Stuffing
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, divided
- 6 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (1-1/2 lb.) Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cups frozen green beans
- 1-2/3 cups water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
- Melt 2 Tbsp.
- of the butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chops; cook 4 min.
- on each side or until cooked through (160F).
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add beans, water and remaining 2 Tbsp.
- butter to skillet.
- Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in stuffing mix just to moisten.
- Top with the chops; cover.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until heated through.
