Skillet Pork Chops and Stuffing

  1. Melt 2 Tbsp.
  2. of the butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chops; cook 4 min.
  4. on each side or until cooked through (160F).
  5. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add beans, water and remaining 2 Tbsp.
  7. butter to skillet.
  8. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  9. Stir in stuffing mix just to moisten.
  10. Top with the chops; cover.
  11. Reduce heat to low.
  12. Cook 5 min.
  13. or until heated through.
