Super Dooper Easy Egg Rolls

  1. Brown hamburger, can substitute any ground meat, add the soy sauce while browning.
  2. Drain off excess fat, set aside.
  3. Brush egg roll wrapper with egg white.
  4. Place a spoon full of slaw in the middle of wrapper add a spoon of hamburger and a pinch of salt I actually use accent salt.
  5. Wrap up according to directions.
  6. Place finished egg rolls on plate while you finish rolling all egg rolls.
  7. I fry mine is a skillet with a little bit of olive oil.
  8. Just enough to brown on all sides or bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
