Super Dooper Easy Egg Rolls
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 lb coleslaw mix
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 10 egg roll wraps
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Brown hamburger, can substitute any ground meat, add the soy sauce while browning.
- Drain off excess fat, set aside.
- Brush egg roll wrapper with egg white.
- Place a spoon full of slaw in the middle of wrapper add a spoon of hamburger and a pinch of salt I actually use accent salt.
- Wrap up according to directions.
- Place finished egg rolls on plate while you finish rolling all egg rolls.
- I fry mine is a skillet with a little bit of olive oil.
- Just enough to brown on all sides or bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
