Lamb Cupcakes

  1. Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups.
  2. Bake 18-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  3. Cool 5 minutes in pan; remove to cooling rack.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Create lamb faces by using palm of hand to flatten gumdrops to 1/4-inch thickness.
  6. Poke holes into gumdrops for nostrils.
  7. Attach candy eyes and licorice pieces for ears, using frosting to adhere.
  8. Set aside.
