Squash Pie

  1. Beat flour, sugar, butter and eggs well.
  2. Add flavoring, squash and 3/4 cup (175 ml) coconut.
  3. Pour in pie shell(s).
  4. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut on top of pie(s).
  5. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 40 to 50 minutes.
