Easy Jambalaya Recipe
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. each diced celery, bell peppers, onions
- 4 sm. cloves garlic, mashed
- 4 c. crushed tomatoes
- 12 ounce. cooked shrimp
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 4 ounce. boiled ham, diced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon each chili pwdr, pepper, grnd thyme
- In oil, saute/fry vegetables and garlic till soft.
- Add in all remaining ingredients and simmer.
- Remove bay leaves before serving.
