Mexican Succotash

  1. Add everything in a big pot and cook until rice is tender!
  2. ( My yellow rice to about 35-40 minutes )
  3. * Fresh Ingredients are ALWAYS best!
  4. But canned or frozen are good substitutes as well!

yellow rice, water, black beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, sweet corn, onion, sweet peas, carrots, green bell pepper, celery
