- 3/4 tsp Dry THYME LEAVES
- 3/4 tsp Dry OREGANO LEAVES
- 1/4 tsp CAYENE PEPPER
- 1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER
- 1/4 tsp SALT
- THIS IS AN ALL PURPOSE RUB FOR TENDER STEAK CUTS Which NEED NO MARINATING.
- TRY IT ON SIRLOIN, Tablespoons-BONE, PORTERHOUSE, TENDERLOIN, AND RIBEYE.
- PREP TIME: 5 Min YIELD: Sufficient FOR ABOUT 2 POUNDS OF MEAT
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS INA SMALL BOWL.
- USING YOUR FINGERS, GENEROUSLY RU THE Mix ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STEAKS; COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND LET STAND FOR 20 TO 30 Min AS THE GRILL PREHEATS.
- GRILL OVER MEDIUM HEAT Till DONE AS DESIRED.
