Pork Chop Bake Recipe
- 6 boneless pork chops
- Vegetable oil
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (24 ounce.) pkg. frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 can French fried onions
- Seasoning salt
- Brown pork chops in greased pan.
- Sprinkle seasoning salt and set chops aside.
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp.
- seasoning salt.
- Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions.
- Spoon mix into 9x13 baking dish.
- Arrange pork chops over potatoes.
- Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 min.
- Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered for 5 min.
