Hiyayakko - Chilled Tofu

  1. Remove the tofu from the package and drain the liquid.
  2. Cut the block into half.
  3. Place each half of tofu in a small bowl.
  4. Garnish with the toppings of your choice as desired.
  5. Drizzle the soy sauce over the tofu.
  6. Eat immediately!
