Mango, Strawberry & Goat Cheese Bruschetta

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine mango, strawberries, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, cumin and jalapeno.
  2. Put it into the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cut baguette into fourteen 1/2-inch slices.
  4. Smear the slices of bread with 1/2 tablespoon of goat cheese each.
  5. Drizzle honey on top of cheese.
  6. Divide mango and strawberry salsa onto the top of the cheese.
  7. Enjoy!
