Mango, Strawberry & Goat Cheese Bruschetta
- 1 cup Chopped Mango
- 1/2 cups Chopped Strawberries
- 13 cups Diced Red Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 2 teaspoons Lime Juice
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Diced Jalapenos
- 1 loaf French Baguette
- 1/4 pounds Goat Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- In a medium sized bowl, combine mango, strawberries, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, cumin and jalapeno.
- Put it into the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut baguette into fourteen 1/2-inch slices.
- Smear the slices of bread with 1/2 tablespoon of goat cheese each.
- Drizzle honey on top of cheese.
- Divide mango and strawberry salsa onto the top of the cheese.
- Enjoy!
