Vegetable Roll Up (Great For Guests!) Recipe
- 200 gr. potato skins (pre-cooked)
- 100 dl. water
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 500 gr. flour
- 200 gr. potato flour
- 3 red warm chili peppers
- 2 Large eggs
- 400 gr. chickpeas
- 200 gr. sweetpeas
- 300 gr. dry tomatoes
- 200 gr. mango (sliced and diced)
- Mix flour, potato flour and Large eggs well together.
- Bake in oven at 200 degrees celsius for approximately 5-10 min till semi-done.
- This is the wrap.
- With mortar and pestle, grind chickpeas, sweetpeas.
- Add in the dry tomatoes and the mango.
- Mix with spoon.
- Add in into the wrap and roll it up carefully.
- Bake in oven at 270 degrees celsius for 15 min.
