Tiramisu Recipe LaTavolaMarche

  1. Stiffly whisk the egg whites in a grease-free bowl.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in another bowl until pale & fluffly.
  3. Gently fold in the mascarpone, then the egg whites.
  4. Make a layer of ladyfingers on the base of a deep serving dish & brush them evenly with coffee (dont be shy)
  5. Make a layer of the mscarpone cream and sprinkle/cover with grated chocolate (again dont be shy- a nice layer of chocolate dusting)
  6. Continue making layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of mascarpone cream.
  7. Dust with cocoa and chill in the fridge for about 3 hours.
  8. Enjoy!
