Bran Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Prepare muffin tins by lining with paper liners or spray with cooking spray.
  3. Combine first 6 ingredients (flour- salt) in a large bowl stirring with a wooden spoon.
  4. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients (egg- vinegar).
  5. Set aside.
  6. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add egg mixture.
  7. Stir with wooden spoon to combine.
  8. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tin.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done.
