Savory Crust Chicken Bake

  1. In small mixing bowl, combine butter, sour cream and egg. Beat at medium speed until smooth.
  2. Add flour, salt, baking powder and thyme, blending at low speed until thoroughly mixed.
  3. In ungreased pie pan or baking dish, spread batter evenly over bottom and up sides of 1-inch of rim.
