White Meat and Beans

  1. Soak beans in water overnight; drain.
  2. Place beans in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover with broth, onion, garlic, and seasonings.
  4. Mix together and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  5. Add chilies, chicken, and kielbasa; cook for another hour.
  6. Serves 6.
