Grilled mahi mahi with pineapple salsa recipe

  1. Combine the pineapple, red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl.
  3. Add the vinegar, hot sauce, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Stir well, taste, and add more salt if needed.
  5. Prepare your grill.
