Raspberry-Marinated Salmon Fillet

  1. Pour dressing over fish in shallow dish.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. to marinate.
  4. Heat broiler.
  5. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Place fish on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Broil salmon, 4 inches from heat, 10 to 12 min.
  8. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
