Pork Bar B Que Recipe
- 3 pound pork roast
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoon mixed spices, tied in bag
- 1 (14 ounce.) container ketchup
- 1/2 c. pork stock
- Cook pork and onion together till well done.
- Cold pork.
- Slice about 1 inch thick.
- Return to pan and add in remaining ingredients.
- Cook altogether till thickened.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
