Nelle'S Chicken-Broccoli Casserole

• 1 -10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
• 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
• 4-5 cooked boneless chicken breasts
• 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp. melted butter
• 1/2 c. grated cheese
• croutons
• potato sticks
• salt and pepper

1. Steam broccoli till tender; drain.
2. Add lightly beaten eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper, soups, and 1 cup of cheese; mix well.
3. Cut chicken into bite size pieces; put into a casserole dish; then broccoli.
4. Spread soup mixture over broccoli and chicken.
5. Put 1/2 cup of cheese on top.
6. Top with croutons and potato sticks.
