Benedictine Dip
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 12 medium onion
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 2 -3 tablespoons dry hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- Peel and seed cucumbers.
- Grate and drain well.
- Grate onion and beat with cucumbers and cream cheese.
- Add enough sour cream to achieve dip consistency.
- Flavor with salt and cayenne pepper and add food coloring if used.
- Serve with vegetable tray.
