Soup
- 2 pieces of garlic
- 1 half an onion
- 2 can of chicken broth
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 1 can of pinto beans
- 1 beef sausage
- 4 cup of chopped kale
- 1 cup of spinich
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1 cup of noodles
- In a pot add 1 tsp.
- of olive oil.
- Cut your onion in small pieaces, shredded garlic, and sausage.
- Cut the sausage in small pieaces.
- Cook them for 10 min.
- Than add can of tomato soup, both cans of chicken broth, take your beans out of the can and put it inside a big bowl rinse with cold water, add the beans to the soup, salt and pepper to taste, and 4 cups of water.
- Once it starts to boil add the noodle and stir really good.
- But softly so the beans won't crush.
- Boil till the noodles are soft.
- Once your noodles are tender, turn off heat add spinich and kale cover with lid and let it all sit sit for 5 min.
