Pina Colada - Virgin Cocktail

• 2 cups non-fat powdered milk (do not add water or reconstitute)
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon coconut extract
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
• 6 maraschino cherries

1. Blend the following until light and foamy.
2. Pour over ice in tall glasses.
3. Garnish with a cherry.
