Pork Spare Ribs

  1. Grate the onions.
  2. Cut 2 notches into thicker pork cuts with a knife, place into double bagged plastic bags, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the grated onions and all of the sauce ingredients into the bag, mix well, and pour into the bag with the seasoned meat.
  4. Rub by hand, close the bag and let it sit for half a day or overnight in the fridge.
  5. Heat a frying pan, and pour in all of the ingredients from the plastic bag.
  6. Flip it over occasionally, reduce from a medium to a low heat covered with a lid, and cook through all the way for about 10-15 minutes.
  7. After 15-20 minutes has passed, remove the lid, turn up to high heat, and lightly evaporate the water.
  8. After the sauce has boiled down, transfer to a plate, and it is done.
