Beef Salpicon Wraps

• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 4 flour tortillas (9 inch)
• 2 cups shredded cooked beef Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
• 1 cup finely shredded lettuce
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 medium tomato, chopped
• 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 lime, juiced Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09

1. Spread 2 Tbsp.
2. sour cream evenly over each tortilla.
3. Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
4. Spoon evenly onto centers of tortillas; roll up tightly.
5. Cut in half.
6. Wrap in plastic wrap.
