Lilikoi Itch
- 8 ounces light rum
- 4 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces Cointreau or other triple secc
- 16 ounces passion fruit nectar or juice
- 16 ounces guava nectar or juice
- Ice
- 8 edible orchids (optional)
- 8 pineapple wedges
- In a pitcher, combine the rum, vodka, Cointreau and fruit nectars.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
- Stir well and pour into 8 ice-filled highball glasses.
- Garnish each drink with an orchid, if desired, and a pineapple wedge.
