Bucatini all'amartriciana Recipe

  1. Thinly slice the onion.
  2. In a pan cook it at gentle fire with some olive oil.
  3. Add the bacon and let it brown for one miute.
  4. Add the tomatoes, turn the heat to low and let it summer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Cook pasta al dente in salted water, drain it and mix with the sauce.
  6. Add some grated pecorino on top.
