Black Bean Pinwheels

  1. Put cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, and 1 tbsp of the seasoning into food processer and process until smooth.
  2. Put this mixture into a seperate bowl.
  3. Put black beans and the remaining seasoning into food processer and process until smooth.
  4. Spread a thin mixture of black beans onto each tortilla.
  5. Spread a thin mixture of the cream cheese mixture over the black bean mixture on each tortilla.
  6. Roll each tortilla up tightly and wrap with foil.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Slice each tortilla into several pieces, throwing away ends.
  9. The result will be very yummy, healthy pinwheels!
