Pecan Fruit Cobbler (Microwave) Recipe
- 1 (21 or possibly 22 ounce.) can prepared peach pie filling
- 1 (9 ounce.) yellow cake mix
- 1/4 c. butter, thinly sliced
- 2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. nuts, finely minced
- Arrange pie filling in bottom of ungreased round glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle proportionately with dry cake mix.
- Place butter slices proportionately over mix.
- Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts; sprinkle over top.
- Cook 9 to 11 min; rotating dish 1/4 turn halfway through cooking time.
- Remove from oven and let rest 10 min.
- (Any flavor pie filling can be substituted.)
