Baked Chicken With Articholes

  1. Combine the chicken thighs and artichoke hearts and liquid in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  4. Place chicken, artichokes and 1/4 cup of the liquid into a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 45 55 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Turn on the broiler and broil for 2 4 minutes to brown the chicken.
  8. Serve.
